The Student Finance Office Helpdesk is located in Student Central at the University. All enquiries should be made at the iPoint reception desk in the main entrance of student Central and from here you'll be directed to the Student Finance Office.
Opening hours for the Student Finance helpdesk in Student Central are:
10.00 - 16:00 (Monday - Friday)

If you wish to make a payment you can do this at the Cash Office on Level 8 of the Schwann Building, the opening hours are 10:00 - 12:30 and 13:30 - 15:30 (Monday - Friday) during term time, and 09:00 - 13:00 during the holidays
Staff in the Student Finance Office are available to support and advise all students regarding financial issues.
The Student Finance Office provides:
- Information and guidance regarding possible sources of funding for all courses in the University.
- Budgeting advice to discuss a variety of options and strategies in order to manage on a budget.
- Facilities for the billing and payment of income to be collected by the University.
- Debt advice via personal and confidential sessions is available from trained staff along with mediation and resolution.
