Welcome to graduation
The graduation ceremonies for July 2019 can be viewed at timetable.

Booking will open at 10am on Wednesday 6 March 2019 and will close at 11.55pm on Tuesday 30 April 2019 and it is not possible to book at any other time. If you miss the deadline to book, your place and that of your guests can no longer be guaranteed and applications to attend will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on what space is available.

When you book your place you may apply for up to two guests tickets in St Paul's Halls and four tickets in the video link lecture theatre venue. Guest tickets are free of charge but are only guaranteed if ordered before 11.55pm on Tuesday 30 April 2019. All tickets are collected on the day and nothing will be posted out to you.
When you book your place at the ceremony, you will be asked to provide the full names of your guests. Guests whose names have not been provided in advance will not be able to enter the ceremony venues.

In order to cross the stage, it is necessary to wear academic gown. This is hired directly from William Northam. Please see gown hire for full details.
A range of photography packages will be available to purchase on the day by Tempest Photography. Please see photography for further details.
You may attend a photography session either before or after your ceremony, at whatever time is convenient to you.
Our University photographers will be roaming the campus at graduation. Their pictures will be posted on the Alumni Facebook page as soon as possible after each ceremony so that you can share them with friends and family.
A group photo of all the graduating students will be taken at the start of the ceremony and uploaded to the Alumni Facebook page so that you can share it with friends or family, or download it for free. Click here for more information of photos at graduation.
The ceremonies will take place from Monday 8 to Friday 19 July 2019.

The booking process will open on Wednesday 6 March 2019 and you must book your place and order your guest tickets before 1155pm on Tuesday 30 April 2019.
Ceremonies will be streamed live and can be viewed from any computer or mobile device either at home, overseas or on campus. Guests without venue tickets are welcome to accompany graduates onto campus and we will have a variety of cafes and seating areas where they can sit and watch from their own mobile device.

The November 2019 ceremonies take place between the 11-14 November 2019. Click on the tabs above for information on how to book your place, gown and photography.
The timetable will be published by mid-August 2019.
The booking process will open on 18 September 2019 and you must book your place and order your guest tickets before the advertised deadline.

Please note that it is still possible for these dates to change. Full timetables are published in January (for the July ceremonies) and August (for the November ceremonies) each year.
