The best way for us to help support you is by booking an appointment with us. Our appointments allow you to explore your concerns and help provide the support you need to succeed.
All our appointments are booked via iPoint. You can contact them on 01484 471001, drop them an email to email@example.com, or visit in person at iPoint, Level 4, Student Central (opening hours: 8.00am–6.00pm term time and 9.00am-5.00pm summer and Christmas holidays).
All appointments will be held in one of the Wellbeing and Disability Services private advice rooms. These are located on Level 4 of Student Central. Our appointments allow you to explore your worries and concerns in a confidential space with one of our advisers. We offer on-going support as needed and we can also refer you to specialist organisations that may be able to offer tailored support and advice specific to your personal welfare needs.
Big White Wall
If you're in need of some extra support, Big White Wall could be for you. Big White Wall is a 24/7 online support network that you can access at home or on campus offering confidential advice, peer support, online support programmes and a place to express yourself. This a completely confidential service, and the University will not know you have accessed the service. To get started, simply log in to Big White Wall using your University email address.
