Final year feedback competition terms and conditions.

1. This competition is being run by the University of Huddersfield, Queensgate, Huddersfield, HD1 3DH.

2. The competition is only open to current final year students at the University of Huddersfield

3. Entries must be made by completing our final year feedback request before 5pm on 4 January 2021 Entries submitted after that time or by students who aren’t in their final year will not be accepted.

4. You may only complete the feedback form once. Multiple submissions will not be accepted.

5. There will be three (3) prizes of £30 Amazon gift vouchers. There is no cash alternative for the prizes, however we reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The prize is not negotiable or transferable. Three winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  The draw will be performed by a random computer process.  The draw will take place on 11 January 2021.

6. The winners will be notified by 29 January 2021 via email. Please ensure you enter your name and email address where indicated on the feedback form, as this is the method we will use to contact you.

7. If the winner of the competition is unable to take up the prize for any reason, or if the University, after making reasonable efforts, has not been able to make contact with the winner, or if the prize is not claimed within 28 days of notification, the University reserves the right to award that prize to an alternative winner selected by random computer process.

8. We reserve our rights to publish the name of the winner and the winner may be requested to co-operate with the requirements of the University in respect of publicity for the competition. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use and store any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.

9. No purchase necessary.

10. The University will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in a competition.

11. The University reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.  It is the responsibility of entrants to keep themselves informed of any changes to these rules. Entry into the competition implies acceptance of these terms.

12. Any dispute or claim arising out of in connection with a competition will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and entrants irrevocably agree that the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with a competition.
