Back on Track

If you have come to this page following an attendance monitoring email, but only want to report your absence, please use the Attendance monitoring contacts page to find the correct person you need to contact. Please note that Back on Track does not monitor your attendance.

The Back on Track team is highly experienced in providing support and guidance if you are struggling with any personal or academic issues that may be affecting your studies.

Our service is confidential and non-judgemental and as required, we can liaise with your personal tutor, course tutor or link you to other services within the University including Academic Skills, Welfare Support, Disability Services, Counselling and Student Finance, in order to get the best possible outcome.
