In partnership with Student Records and the International Office, the iPoint team assist with the pre-enrolment process, helping students to work through the pre-enrolment portal to become current students. Where there are issues with the process, we are able to help contact various services who may be able to solve the problem.
The student hub, MyHud, is your portal to a range of essential resources which will help with university life. If there is something you are struggling with and we are not directly able to help, we will be able to get you in touch with the people who can.
MyHud can be used to check details such as:
* Most students can amend their own address details, with the exception of international students, whose home addresses can only be amended by a University staff member at the International Office.
