International Study Centre Progressions

Once you have received your results, your offer with the University will become unconditional and you will receive an email explaining how to pre-enrol on your new course.  

You will need to pay a minimum of 50% of your fees before you are able to complete your enrolment and collect your new student ID card from the International Office in Student Central. For September start students, your 2nd payment deadline for your remaining 50% will be the 31st of January.

We will be running a number of progression talks throughout your course so please make sure you attend these.

 

Undergraduate to Postgraduate Progression

For support progressing onto a postgraduate course at the University, please contact our International Recruitment team. You can find contact information for your Regional Recruitment Office on our website by locating your home country. If you know what course you want to do, you can also Contact the Admissions team.

Student Finance team

Our Student Finance team can support you with any further queries regarding your finances whilst you are studying. You can find key information about fees and payments below.  

 

Your Finance Portal

You can track your Uni finances, including viewing your outstanding balance and payments on your Student Finance Account

You can also download your invoice and payment receipt.

 

Tuition fee deadlines

Your payment deadlines remain the same each year so please make a note of them. International students are able to split their fees into 2 equal instalments. Please note that multiple, smaller payments can be made, provided that the full amount is received in line with the deadline dates, as per the table below:

Failure to pay your fees by the above deadlines will result in sanctions being placed on your IT accounts and continued non-payment may result in withdrawal from your course. 

Sponsored students: Remember to submit your sponsorship letter by email to the University Student Finance Office for every year of your study.

 

Making a payment

Secure online card payment through Flywire

You can pay online through our secure Payment Gateway using a credit or debit card. 

Our preferred method of payment is through Flywire, where both credit/debit card and bank transfer payments can be made. We do not accept direct bank transfers into our University bank account, therefore we will not provide the University's bank details.
