Our Student Finance team can support you with any further queries regarding your finances whilst you are studying. You can find key information about fees and payments below.
Your Finance Portal
You can track your Uni finances, including viewing your outstanding balance and payments on your Student Finance Account
You can also download your invoice and payment receipt.
Tuition fee deadlines
Your payment deadlines remain the same each year so please make a note of them. International students are able to split their fees into 2 equal instalments:

1st: 50% by 30 of September |
1st: 50% by 31 of January |
1st: 50% by 30 April |
2nd: 50% by 31 of January |
2nd: 50% by the 31 of May |
2nd: 50% by 31 of August |
Failure to pay your fees by the above deadlines will result in sanctions being placed on your IT accounts and continued non-payment may result in withdrawal from your course.
Sponsored students: Remember to submit your sponsorship letter to the University Finance Office for every year of your study.
Making a payment
Pay on campus
You can pay by direct bank transfer at the Cash Office on Level 8 of the Schwann Building during their normal opening hours. The University does not accept cash payment.
Secure online payment
You can pay online through our secure Payment Gateway.
