Wellbeing and Disability Services

You have the option of accessing appointments face to face on campus and online via the MS Teams platform.
Contact Wellbeing and Disability Services
Services can be contacted directly, through the general enquiries mailboxes:
Wellbeing Services: studentwellbeing@hud.ac.uk
Disability Services: disability@hud.ac.uk
Registering with the service
If it is the first time you have used Disability Services, please register with the service. Registering with the service gives you the opportunity to pass on further information about your requirements and provides an overview of what information is stored and how this is shared. You do not need to register with the wellbeing service prior to using the service.
Booking appointments
Appointments with the wellbeing service can be booked online. To request a link to the online appointment booking system, please e-mail them directly via studentwellbeing@hud.ac.uk
Appointments with Disability Services can be booked by calling in person to the iPoint in Student Central, by phoning iPoint on 01484 471001 or completing the online appointment request form.
Attending appointments
If you are attending an appointment on campus and have already registered, please report to the iPoint desk at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will then check you in and escort you to the waiting area.
Please remember that appointments are limited and, if you do not attend, this is a space that another student in need could have booked. If you think you are going to be late, or cannot attend the appointment, please let the iPoint know as soon as possible. Depending on how late you are going to be, the advisor may still see you but be prepared that you may have to reschedule your appointment.
