We have introduced an online system to make the process easy and simple to order a uniform though our supplier Bates Office to be delivered to your address of choice.
FAQs
How do I order my uniforms?
Our supplier Bates Office create individual accounts for new students that allow you to order 3 sets of uniform. All courses now have a pair of scrub trousers and tunic.
You will receive an email from Bates Office and a link to follow to order where you’ll need to input your address and details.
The uniforms should arrive within 3 – 5 working days through the post to your chosen address.
Can I try on uniform sizes?
To help you ensure as accurate a fit as possible, we will have samples available for you to try on if you would like to.
These are available in Daphen Steele, room DS4/16, for you to try on with changing rooms available on the same corridor.
Please ensure once you have tried these on you return them as you found them.

What if I need to return uniforms if they don’t fit?
You will be able to return these to Bates Office.

What if I need to order more uniforms?
Once you have been issued with your 3 x uniforms you will not be issued with anymore. You can order more but you will need to pay for these.

I need some clogs where do I get these?
We keep a stock of these, please contact hhsuniforms@hud.ac.uk with your size for more information.
Paramedic students
The below only applies to paramedic students.
If you are a new paramedic student:
We will arrange your sizing and fitting then raise orders to have your paramedic equipment and uniform delivered to Daphne Steele. The course team will guide you through this process.
If you are a returning paramedic student or you have lost or damaged your assigned kit:
