Travel and Maps
Below are some useful websites where you will be able to access relevant maps that show the location of the University campus, the major arterial roads and local car parking sites plus links to hotel search sites. There is no general car parking available on campus.
Guests can be dropped off on campus at the top of Page Street. There are a limited number of blue badge parking spaces available on the Huddersfield campus which are issued on the day on a first-come-first-served basis. Spaces cannot be reserved in advance. Blue badge parking spaces can be accessed in the University Car Park on Wakefield Road. Please see the Access for Guests and Graduates with Special Requirements section of this website for more information.

Local car parks
Although there are several unofficial car parks in the vicinity of the University campus, the University does not have an arrangement with them to provide event parking and does not promote any specific car park. If using one of these car parks, please be sure to read their terms and conditions before parking as each of their parking tariffs differ. You can find information about car parks operated by the local council on the Kirklees Council website.
