The Student Finance Office (SFO) Helpdesk is located in Student Central at the University. Once campus is fully open, all enquiries should be made at the iPoint reception desk (just inside the main entrance of Student Central) and from here you will be directed to the SFO personnel for assistance. Until then, we are available via email and telephone.
We are currently closed for summer but when term starts we will be open from:
10:00 - 16:00 (Monday - Friday)
Alternatively, you can call the Student Finance Office in advance to make an appointment to discuss any queries, financial issues, or anything you do not wish to discuss at the helpdesk.

If you wish to make a payment you can do this online or over the phone. The Cash Office on Level 8 of the Schwann Building is currently closed due to the pandemic. When open, the opening hours are 10:00 - 12:30 and 13:30 - 15:30 Monday to Friday during term time, and 09:00 - 13:00 during the holidays
Staff in the Student Finance Office are available to support and advise all students regarding financial issues.
The Student Finance Office welcomes feedback from our customers, both positive and negative, in order to develop our services further. We respond to feedback from University-wide surveys such as the National Student Survey and the International Student Barometer as well as carrying out our own surveys to garner and act upon customer feedback
