Students with finance queries can contact the Student Finance Office via telephone, email, or Microsoft Teams. Appointments are also available (face-to-face) on campus, or via Microsoft Teams. Telephone appointments are also available.

The Cash Office is located on Level 8 of the Schwann Building, and is open from 10:00 - 12:30 and 13:30 - 15:00, Monday to Friday, to take card payments.

We respond to feedback from University-wide surveys such as the National Student Survey and the International Student Barometer as well as carrying out our own surveys to garner and act upon customer feedback
