Creativity for Mental Health - A weekly creative wellbeing space for students
What is it?
A calm, welcoming space to create and unwind. Draw, paint, write, stitch, scrapbook, zines, or bring your own creative practice.
No pressure to talk. No experience needed!
Who's it for?
Open to all students, especially if you:
- Feel stressed, anxious, low or overwhelmed
- Are neurodivergent (e.g. autistic, ADHD)
- Prefer creative or non-talking spaces
- Want gentle social connection
When and where
Every Wednesday starting February 11, 3.30pm - 5.00pm
Workshop Room, SC4/24
What to expect
- Materials provided (or bring your own)
- Optional creative prompts
- Facilitated by the Wellbeing Team
- Clear ground rules to keep the space safe

Not a therapy group
