Check out the top 40 educational podcasts to learn as you go, or search your appstore with your favourite topic - there's bound to be a podcast to suit you. Wellbeing and Disability Services also have a suite of wellbeing podcasts so you can find out more about the service wherever you are.
3. Help yourself with Reading Well
Another one for train, bus or taxi commuters - our online selection of Reading Well materials provides a range of reading around health and wellbeing topics, including mental health, gender and sexuality and mindfulness.
4. Relax with your favourite music
Not every minute of your day needs to be focussed on studying - it's important to relax and enjoy yourself too. Take the time to recharge; put your headphones in and turn the world off with your favourite music.
