What is the Learn to Like Yourself course?

In this 5-week course you’ll explore ways to grow your self-worth, manage self-criticism and challenge any negative beliefs you may hold about yourself. Here is some feedback from previous participants:

When is it?

The next course will run from Friday 17th February 2023 until Friday 17th March 2023 from 2:00pm until 4:00pm.

Wellbeing Room in Student Central.

To register your interest in attending the next Learn to Like Yourself course, please contact studentwellbeing@hud.ac.uk and state in your email that you are interested in the Learn to Like Yourself Course. The course facilitators will then send you further information regarding the course and how to book a place.
