Mindful Meditation Hour is a regular mindfulness session offered on a drop-in basis. Mindfulness aims to help you lower stress, anxiety and low mood.
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 we have had to suspend our Mindful Meditation Hour this term. Please check back when the University has reopened for an update.
