What is the Stress Management workshop?

The Stress Management workshop is a one-off workshop that aims to help you learn how to manage your stress levels. One of our trained Advisers will lead a small group through key tips and tricks in maintaining healthy levels of stress, and help you develop your skills in successfully managing your own 'stress bucket'.
