3D Printing for Business 4-week course

Want to use 3D printers to aid and enhance your start-up or business idea? Join our 4-week 3D printing course for beginners.
Offering a hands-on problem solving experience, you'll discover the power of 3D printing, from concept to creation, as we guide you through the fundamentals of uploading model designs, software, and the intricacies of operating a Bambu Lab A1 Mini 3D printer.
With expert guidance from the University's 3D Printing Society, you'll unleash your creativity and unlock the potential of this transformative technology. Sewing Machine Skills for your Fashion Business (4-week course)

Aid and enhance your clothing/fashion/textile business by learning how to sew on an industrial sewing machine with this 4-week course dedicated to basic sewing machine skills.
This course will provide you with the initial skills required to start using a sewing machine confidently and safely, whilst understanding some of the basics of garment construction.
Through the weekly workshops you will learn a variety of different sewing and construction techniques, aimed at enabling you to take the first steps towards creating your own garments for your fashion/garment construction business.
Please note, this course is for existing Maker Space members only who have completed a Sewing Machine Induction and wish to use the course to aid and enhance their clothing/fashion/textiles business.
