We have a step by step guide to assist you with completing your online booking, should you get stuck.
Find out more
If you or your guests have any special requirements, such as wheelchair or ground floor seating, there is a specific section of the invitation process where you can let us know. Please make sure to identify whether this relates to you or your guests. If you miss the opportunity to do this via the invite process, please let us know in advance of your ceremony by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
If you do not wish to shake the Chair of Ceremony or Dean's hand, please include this when booking your place by using the special requirements section of the invite.
If you would like more general information, please see
If you require a letter to support your guest(s) visa application, we will be able to prepare this for you after you have booked your place online. Once you have confirmed your attendance and ordered your guest tickets, please contact us at email@example.com and request a graduation visa letter.
Please note that we are unable to provide you with a supporting letter until after you have booked your place at your ceremony, and you will be provided with one letter, regardless of the number of guests you invite, and it does not need to be personalised to include your guest(s) details.
If you require a visa to visit the UK to attend graduation, as either a graduand or a guest, you will need to apply for a Standard Visitor Visa. More information can be found on our website Standard Visitor Visa or you can check directly via the Home Office website Visit the UK as a Standard Visitor.
Requesting a Visa Letter
If you are an international student travelling back to the UK for your ceremony, or you wish to invite guests who live abroad, you may need to apply for a visa.
