I want to report a hate crime - how do I do this?

Share and Support is our specialist online tool for reporting hate crimes and instances that have made you feel uncomfortable. You can file a report anonymously, or share your details so we can follow this up with you. If you choose to leave your details, you will also be offered the opportunity to speak directly with a Wellbeing Adviser. If you'd prefer to simply speak to someone about what you have experienced, you may wish to book a Wellbeing appointment with a Wellbeing Adviser.

 

I am being harassed by a fellow student - who can help me?

Don't struggle on your own - please speak to an Adviser by booking a Wellbeing appointment. If the situation is threatening, abusive, violent, bullying or harmful in any way then we suggest you report this formally as a hate crime via Share and Support. Share and Support is our specialist online tool for reporting hate crimes and instances that have made you feel uncomfortable. You can share information anonymously, or choose to leave you details do we can follow this up with you. You can still access Wellbeing Services at any time.

 

I am being stalked - who do I contact?

If you are being stalked, we would advise you to get in touch as soon as possible to arrange a  with one of our advisers. You can also go to the Students' Union Advice Centre who offer help and support. If you need urgent assistance, we recommend you call the police directly on 999.
