Welcome to Disability Services Induction Events September 2023

Our Disabled Students’ Induction Events give you the opportunity to obtain the information you need before you start at the University. You are welcome to attend one or more sessions.

We are hosting an online event on Thursday 7 September 2023. This will provide you with an opportunity to learn more about the support provisions available to disabled students. You will be able to attend an online question and answer panel with staff from Disability team, as well as other staff from services across the University. You can also attend sessions with the Students' Union and the Disabled Students Network.

On Tuesday 12 September 2023 we are holding an on-campus event for autistic students. The event will be opportunity for you to meet the Disability Advisers and staff from the university in a quieter environment with smaller numbers of people present.

On Thursday 14 September 2023 we will also be hosting an on-campus event. This event will enable you to familiarise yourselves with the campus, meet your named Disability Adviser and to discuss your support requirements and meet staff from other support services.
